Chima Brazilian Steakhouse (pronounced "She-ma"), is an elegant steakhouse offering a most unique fine dining experience solely inspired by the Brazilian culture offers a complete Brazilian adventure, encompassing most importantly food but also entertainment and décor.

Chima is a 350-seat eatery with two private rooms featuring 40 and 60 seats, and is open for dinner seven days a week. Chima sells the sizzle and the steak, as well as a variety of meat in an elegant Brazilian setting. Chima is an extension of the family-owned Chima Churrascaria, the most elegant restaurant in Uberlandia, Brazil.

Guests can enjoy Chima's Brazilian Churrasco (Brazilian barbeque) served rodizo style, which includes 16 kinds of meat, ranging from filet mignon, pork loin, lamb chops, chicken and fish all served by authentic "Gauchos." The Brazilian Gauchos, dressed in traditional attire, roam from table to table with skewers of piping hot, roasted meat, ready to slice off for your dining pleasure.

Meals are accompanied by one of the most inclusive salad bars, with a wide range of American and Brazilian favorites featuring more than 40 items - including salads, oven fresh breads, soups, cheeses and deli meats.

The restaurant serves dinner Monday through Thursday from 5:30pm to 9:30pm, Friday from 5:30pm to 10:30pm, Saturday from 5pm to 10:30pm and Sunday from 4pm to 9pm.
