Thanks everyone for coming out to the wonderful event at Opera, the culinary and event staff did an amazing job and thrilled us with wonderful creatures including a tortoise, who paraded around the party, a boa constrictor and a very talkative parrot, oh so tropical and the perfect accompaniment for the Cabana Launch! Concentrics Restaurants, in partnership with the Glenn Hotel and Legacy Property Group, is proud to announce the opening of its newest restaurant 30 Tables, located on the ground floor of the historic Glenn Hotel, and 11 Stories, the Glenn’s signature rooftop space, in the heart of downtown Atlanta. For their second venture located in the burgeoning Luckie Marietta District, Atlanta’s acclaimed restaurateurs Bob Amick and Todd Rushing welcome the partnership with the Glenn to forge an inspired destination perfect for business travelers, vacationers and locals alike.

Located on the roof of the Glenn Hotel, 11 Stories provides guests with breathtaking panoramic views of the city’s skyline and bustling activity while sipping on cocktails masterfully handcrafted by skilled bartenders. The chef makes his mark on the roof with a thriving herb garden, which adds green to the urban landscape.

Guests ascend to the height of sophistication at 11 Stories, Downtown’s ultimate, high-energy rooftop bar. This one-of-a-kind hotspot features comfortable soft seating underneath large umbrellas, perfect for lounging at the outdoor bar, relaxing with friends or taking in the downtown Atlanta view amid swaying olive trees. Truly a unique nightlife spot, 11 Stories offers a new perspective on Atlanta from far above the city streets.

30 Tables features American contemporary cuisine infused with sustainable and seasonal ingredients for breakfast, lunch and dinner and manages room services for hotel guests from a kitchen of Southern-influenced sophistication.

CHEF: Executive Chef Daniel Chance couples more than 15 years experience in Atlanta’s restaurant industry with innovative and youthful ideas that will infuse the food and atmosphere of the latest Concentrics Restaurants venture with energy. Chance began working at Concentrics Restaurants in 2003, and has contributed to the kitchens of ONE. midtown kitchen, TWO urban licks and TROIS.

CUISINE: Chef Chance creates a menu of modern American fare highlighted by sustainable and seasonal ingredients that reflects the restaurant’s Southeast influences and refined candor. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu highlights the season’s best ingredients simply prepared with vibrant flavors and textures. Fresh herbs are snipped daily from the 11 Stories rooftop garden, contributing an essence of freshness to each dish and greening the urban landscape.

DRINKS: Mixologist Jonathan Abens brings a distinctive high-energy youthfulness to the bar, transforming 30 Tables’ bar in the lobby of the Glenn Hotel into downtown’s best place to sip and be seen. Providing something for every palate, the wine list offers more than 80 bottles offering several by the glass. Focusing on an innovative new-world taste, the wine list is largely domestic, featuring bio-dynamic and organic wines that embrace the sustainable and fresh nature characteristic of 30 Tables and 11 Stories. Mixologist Abens, a craft bartender by specialty with more than a decade of training, carries freshness and innovation through his extensive cocktail list.

DESIGN: Acclaimed design and architecture firm ASD adorns the 30 Tables space with deep wood, rich leather and earth tones that lend classic stylishness. The center of attention is the Glenn’s lobby, where the lively bar welcomes neighbors and travelers with chocolate leather bar stools and a petrified wood backdrop. In the front of the lobby along Marietta Street, tables constructed of cherry wood and surrounded by plush leather chairs seat guests in a comfortable and causal environment ideal for enjoying breakfast or light bites. Then in the dining room, shades of terra cotta lined with black Bettina wood mirrors and natural light from the many windows facing Downtown’s Spring Street all illuminate the paramount communal space – a 17-foot gathering table. Brown leather-wrapped banquette seating winds along the dining room walls, where artwork sketched by young Swedish children in the 1940s is on display for all to see.
