Kenneth Jones - dynami Managing Director

In 1995, Kenneth crossed the Atlantic, (after making stops to live and work in Wales and London along the way), from his home country of Ireland to accelerate his career as a dynami Managing Director. Because of his 10-year background in international hotel management, Kenneth arrived armed with exceptional understanding of both the operational and food & beverage sides of hotels. Moving to the States and joining the Georgia World Congress Center prior to the 1996 Olympics gave Kenneth the opportunity to enhance his skills by planning large-scale meetings, corporate events and sporting events. Kenneth excels in his role at dynami because of his ability to build strong relationships and act as a reliable resource and sounding board for his clients.

He earned his Certified Meeting Professional designation and has served as the President of the Georgia Chapter of Meeting Professionals International. He sat on the board of this organization for fours years prior to his election. He was also nominated for a Meeting Professionals award in the Chapter Leader category in 2003. He received an award from the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce as Ambassador of the quarter in 1999. Kenneth serves on a number of charitable boards and hosts a monthly event he created seven years ago called "The Schmooze", a now-famous Atlanta gathering of over 400 people who meet to discuss the meetings & events industry over cocktails.

Personal: This Irishman's favorite food is Thai. He is a golf fanatic - go figure! Kenneth has run in seven marathons, including one in Alaska; and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa in December 2003 as a personal challenge and to raise funds for Operation Smiles, an international charity which aids children afflicted with facial deformities.
